If you can be competitive against anything with a lightsaber while using a blaster you could probably defeat Malak, it would be hard and require good use of Force powers but it should be possible. On top of dex and con you would want alot of Wisdom to maximize available force powers, Force Speed at max would be very helpful as that adds extra attacks and defense to the one using it, Force Valor and Armor would also be helpful.
