Apologies in advance, I am not tech savvy and I really have no idea how to fix this and I didn't see any other support for this issue on reddit or anywhere else online, it mostly just pulled up specs for my laptop and no updates or any tips.Here is a link to my computer from the Dell website:And a link to the Amazon page for it as well:I recently bought this computer last Thursday (Sept 25, 2014) from Amazon. I was really pleased with the touchscreen capabilities when I checked it out at Walmart and a couple of other places. I'm really frustrated with this 2-in-1 device now. If I use my touchscreen for more than a few minutes, it stops working.

I can use the touchpad just fine and the computer isn't frozen, but the touchscreen refuses to work. If I close the laptop and open again, or shut it off it works fine for about 5-10 minutes, despite the battery being fully charged. I looked up some other questions but didn't see anything about it. I don't know if its software or something. I appreciate any advice you have to give.
